On Saturday, May 28th, we celebrated our 75th anniversary together with our employees and industry partners, on the Renaissance Island. We danced the night away with tunes by Tsunami and local artist Janiro Eisden.

Bouw -en Handelmaatschapij Bohama Aruba N.V. initiated its operation in 1947 in a small office located in the mainstreet of Aruba. We have operated for 10 years, before the company could register itself officially at the local Chamber of Commerce—when they were officially founded on the island. We are a local construction company with a strong focus on providing our clients with the best quality advice, service and construction, while ensuring adherence by our associates to the highest standard of all safety protocols. “This has always been a fundamental principle for team Bohama, our employees are our most valued asset and we’re extremely proud of our exceptional team”.

Bohama has constructed projects in both the public and private sector. A few of these projects include the construction of KIA, the windmills at “Vaderpiet”, the construction of the Central Bank of Aruba, Royal Plaza, renovation of a variety of local schools, restoration of different buildings such as “Algemene Rekenkamer”, John F. Kennedy School, “Huisje Wild” and various other projects which can be seen all around our island.
